Ramsey Cycling Club – Twitter Account Instructions

Twitter will now be used as a tool for Ramsey Cycling Club members and leaders to stay up to date on ride times, locations, cancellations, and other announcements.  All that is required to get started is a valid email address and a free Twitter account.

1. Click the link above to go to RamseyCycling's Twitter page
2. Sign in to your account if you already have one.  If not, click "Join Today" to create a new account by entering the required information.
   
3. Once you are signed in, click "Follow" under the RamseyCycling logo.
   

Now that you are following RamseyCycling, you will be able to view other followers, club members and leaders.


To follow Twitter Friends on your cell phone via text message:

Twitter will send you a text message of tweets made to your account. Conveniently, you can choose to have only the accounts you specify send you a text.

Link your phone to your account

1. Go to “Settings”
2. Go to “Mobile”
3. Enter your cell number and pick save
4. Send text message to 40404 
5. Enter “GO” in the body and send
   

Set your phone to follow twitter accounts

1. Send text message to 40404
2. Enter “ON RamseyCycling” and send
3. Or Go to your Following page
4. Pick on the cell phone and select SMS messages to be sent
