Windows XP
WinXP settings (needs WinXP SP2) - nice set of colors and fonts. Also disables a lot of WinXP eye candy and makes your machine zippier. Use the "Files and settings transfer wizard" to load this.
Unix stuff
FVWM2 rc - Losely modelled after Robert Pike's Acme: A User Interface for Programmers, and VI like keybindings. I've used this for nearly 8 years now, and don't find any reason to move to Gnome/KDE.
GNU Screen rc - nice settings.
Vim rc - The culmination of years of happy Vim hacking.
