Rainbow
a monumental site specific installation at 5300m, in Ladakh

The project Rainbow is on process and is planning to be built in july 2010, on the Yalang Nyala pass, at 5300 m high, overviewing the lake TsoMoriri in Ladakh, India.
Rainbow is a monumental site specific installation of the size of a footfall ground, made of natural coloured stones collected on the site.
We are expecting to set up a camp of 35 people working for 25 days . We will employ the local people from Korzok village, with the support of Traveller's Paradise, travel agency in Leh, Ladakh.
We will offer you the opportunity to live this experience during a journey in august 2010, for the occasion of the celebration of Rainbow ( Buddhist ceremony from Korzok Monastery, and a dance performance by Hungarian and Japanese performers).
