This survey asks about the policy and practices towards Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) employees in Belgian organizations, and is intended for HR responsibles as well as employees.

The purpose of the survey is to
• research the real life, actual status of GLBT diversity policy and the situation of GLBT employees in organizations, and compare it to the survey of 2007
• create awareness in corporate Belgium on GLBT inclusion and open a debate
• provide a shortlist of GLBT friendly employers for the second Rainbow Award

Diversity and inclusion is a major topic among Human Resource managers nowadays. Rightfully because people perform better when they can be themselves. For the second time, this survey aims to gather statistics on the situation of the GLBT employees. To be clear: this survey does not ask for input on employees as this belongs to everyone’s privacy, but asks about how the organization itself practices diversity specifically towards the GLBT public.
