"Peterborough, (or Petersburg as it was known until 1918) was settled to service the agricultural and pastoral endeavours of the 1870s.
The Railways would provide the lifeblood of the town for the next 110 years and officially arrived in the town January 17, 1881.
These days the train to Peterborough is only used to bring people from all over Australia to the Peterborough Railroaders B&S Ball. They call it the BitB Express.
There is only one problem for the Melbourne crew heading up. Homer is the engineer driving the train and he has been drinking heaps of Absinthe (that horrible green stuff that really gets ya pissed) and the train is out of control. But thats ok because Homer needs help finding more things to crash into.
