My areas of interest include most of the fields of common interest . The major areas are Science, Technology , Sports , Games , Arts, Painting , Programming , Graphic designing, Computer Games , Spirituality , Philosophy etc. Many consider me as an amatuer in programming especially in C++ ,exploiting its limited graphics options to the maximum and its peak implemenation in programs . Some consider me as a amatuer in Pencil drawing , Advanced in Watercolor and expert in Oil Painting and some others consider me as a logical thinker and still some others think that I am a crack fellow .I enjoy movies of all the languages and watching documentaries and adventerous programs in channels likeDiscovery ,Animal Planet, National Geographic , AXN etc . I always like to have risks and adventures in life and really enjoy those . I like the thrilling detective novels and short stories of Sherlock Holmes . I am always fast and furious in actions except in artistic works' and my need for speed will never be quenched !. I know that this attitude of mine is dangerous !. This attitude of mine might have created some losses which are negligible compared to the achievements. I feel my Powers decline by 50% when in the presence of 1 other person , by 90% when between of a group of people ...means i am at my best when i am alone ...I love solitude ......Crazy thoughts and imaginations attack my mind every day the result of which you may be experiencing while browsing through some of these pages. I like to listen than to talk .One reason for this may be that I have to think sometime before I say anything . My policy is 0 % talk and 100% action .
Video Edting / Audio Editing n Acting
I'm always fascinated by videos,the Special effects used in videos .My favorite video editing softwares are Ulead Video Studio 9.0,Windows Movie maker,Arcsoft Showbiz n Adobe premiere 7 pro ,If I get a chance I want to become a video editor / SFX manger/ Animation expert in some premiere video editing centres of India currently at Chennai, Mumbai etc.
Though not so flexible a actor ,i also like acting in videos because I always wanted to try different things ;also I am a DIE HARD fan of filmstars like Mohanlal, Salman Khan, Hrithik etc.They are my role models in the acting field . I like a lot MUSIC videos with action ,dance, romance taken in quick transition mysteric scenes shots at different anles ,merged with slow motion,Reversing and other keying, masking effects.
My favorite and only audio editing software is Soundforge and i sing n record songs,mostly Tamil,extract karoke and mix music in it.
One of my major work (Tips 4 those who create video/audio works all alone !)
I have done a video remake of the song "Kya Mujhe Pyar he" during my 7th semester B-tec at Kannur .You can see that video playing in the homepage of mysite . It was my brainchild during late 2007 , when i got a wonderful video editing software by name 'Ulead Video Studio Version 9 ' from my friend Latheesh . I directed and acted ...a solo dance in that video and It was captured by my friend Manoranj in a Sony handycam .It was later converted to DVD quality mpeg2 video and edited using the Ulead Video Studio Software . The slow motion and reverse features of Ulead Video Studio was effectively used in this particular video . This was a hit among the friends and Orkut .

I partially edited the lyrics of a song 'Neruparayatte' in the movie' Manjupeyyum Munpe' (Malayalam remake of a Telugu film) sung by Karthik originally,extracted its karoake ,sung ,recorded and mixed music made video for it shot in just 30 minutes at college campus and released with an editing of some 4 hours .
Video editing was done using Arcsoft Showbiz and Windows Movie maker and Audio editing in Soundforge ,also used Voice cancellation feature of SoundMan video driver software re-recorded and enhanced Karoake using DFX 7.0 of Winamp. Me and my best friend Manoranj handled the camera and I directed it.It won great appreciation among my friends.This is the first ever complete video/audio work (may be called ametuer video album) )done by me.Now we discuss to do a few more ametuer video albums .Variety is the key factor u can see in my videos .Not so perfection,but acting and editing Xtremes,crazy direction.I will do anything for variety and Fun !
I played the multiple personality roles of Anniyan,Remo and Ambi and that too was a variety video work.Photos can be seen at some other locations of the website.
Science And Technology
I am always interested to learn the latest advancements in Science &Technology . I like to apply those to the maximum extent in my life . i.e. to live scientifically n Hi-Tec is my aim which in most occasions I couldn't fulfill .
Game n graphics application Programming in C++
One of my favorite hobbies is Programming . My Favorite programming langage is C++ . I started programming from 8-th Standard(1998-99) in GW-Basic doing simple logical programs mostly implemening geometrical formulas and equations . I studied C for a month at Aptech after tenth standard(2001 July), Irinjalakuda which gave me much interest in programming.The real work started when a computer was bought at my home on May, 2003. I studied some graphics in C++ and started creating interactive programs. Since then I have done over 25 graphics applications including a game 'The Arkanoid' the idea of which I got from games such as DX-Ball and Blaterball Wild . To run my C++ Programs you should copy the entire C++ folder named 'Rahuls Programs' and then open the programs independently .
Web designing
Currently I am the member of college web team www.gcek.ac.in the position which I may lose at any time .The college website gcek.ac.in maintained by a group of dedicated and hardworking team can be rated as one of the best website of educational Institutions in Kerala . It has launched the beta version of 'STUDENTS SECTION' through which members of GCEK can share their ideas,views ,creations etc.The pages you see in this website were created as a result of my craze in webpage designing and database management and my like for wits in campus life . I even worked 18 hours some days for updating this interactive Website .I will add more interaction with voice in the near future.
Movies
I watches Malayalam movies more than any another languages' . My favorite actor is Mohanlal which I could decide with no confusion but as far as actresses are concerned I coudn't decide which one was better ; many could be considered as equally good ;Any way Urvashi was super and Meera Jasmine does well .In Bollywood my favorite actor is Salman Khan and in Tamil, Vijay .In English too I cannot decide who is a better actor or actress but I like many such as Pirce Brosnan,Nicolas Cage, Will Smith,Silvester Stallone, Arnold Swarzennegger , Jim Carrey, Robin Williams etc. Stefen Spielberg is my favorite Hollywood director .
Music
I like Tamil Film Songs the most . I listen also to Malayalam , Hindi , English , Sanskrit and Arabic songs . Yesudas , S.P.Balasubramanyam , Unnikrishnan, Unnimenon , Shankar Mahadevan, Lata Mangeshkar , Asha Bhonsle , Chitra, Sujatha etc. are my favorite singers. My favorite music director in India is A.R.Rahman . Michael Jackson is my favorite singer/dancer in English. I like the albums of Backsteet Boys , Venga Boys , Eminem,Britney Spears,Ricky Martin, Celine Dion , Jennifer Lopez etc . Collection of MP3 music is one of my current hobbies . . I am not so good a singer but some friends say that my Tamil songs are not that bad .
Sports & Games
My favorite sport is cricket and game is Table Tennis . I like Football, Hockey,Rugby, Skating, Snoboarding, Carroms,Snooker, Fomula-1 Racing, Superbike(SBK)Racing etc .My favorite sportsmen are Sachin Tendulkar ,Michael Shumacker ,Lance Armstrong and Hisham El Guerrouj . My favorite athlete is Haile Gebre Selasie .
Animation making n morphing
As I am much interested in graphic designing and animation I am now in the study of graphics application softwares such as Macromedia Flash , Adobe Photoshop ,3D Studio Max, Maya etc. and Macromedia Dreamweaver the result of which may make my website more lively and interactive. I am interested in computer games too . I like the Racing games more than Project execution games .
Painting n other Artistic works
I do pencil drawing , Water color and Oil Painting . I still find time for at least 2 pictures in a year even in my extremely busy schedule . My second last picture which was a portrait can be considered as my alltime best portrait . Collection of pictures related to almost all fields is one of my present hobbies which has resulted in an elaborate link named Image Gallery.
Spirituality & Philosophy
I am always excited to know about the scientific logic behind various traditions and cultures practiced by people of all religions .I believe in the 'Achaaras' developed by early Indian 'Rishi's since 5000 long years and hence is proud to be a 'Hindustani' . These Rishis are unique in the sense that they have developed the most scientific way of life which can be seen no where else in the world almost before 4000-10000 years from now. I believe that a supernatural force (Paramathma) prevails in the entire universe whose fraction of power is seen among each and everyone of us and the various customs ,rituals and the concept of GOD are shortcuts developed by wise men to make the dissipation of this Supreme power among the ordinary and ignorant people possible . I admire the principles of Bhagavat Geetha - a complete living science, most of which I try to follow in my life , but fails most of the time . Other shastras such as Astrology also excites me as they have proved to be 80% true in my life experiences as well as most of others whom I know .
Body Building n Physical skills development
Even though I know that physical development actually has got negligible importance in one's life and the ultimate development of an individual is the spiritual development of mind ,the influence of my friends , most of whom who feel and see only real and physical things in the world, has now given me a little interest in the development of physical skills and body building .
