I would really like to have my bouquet made out of dark purple dahlias or calla lilies. As far as dahlias, here are the ideas that I have. I would really like to have it be an all dahlia bouquet. I am tossing around the idea of the crystals put in, like the rose bouquet below:

As far as centerpieces, we are probably going to do half the tables with a tall vase and purple carnation pomanders sitting on top like this:

For the other tables, we're going to be doing a trio of cylinder vases on each table, with floating orchids or a similar flower, in purple, in each vase with a floating candle on top. I might like to alternate this with one tall cylinder vase on some tables to give have some height in the room. Here are some samples of this look that I love:

I have already bought the over sized martini glasses (from Michael's) so we can do flower arrangements on the bars like this (with a darker purple flower):
