Education and Licensing

I have a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a B.A. in Anthropology and Behavioral Science from San Jose State University.  I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist.  I am a member in good standing of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

Experience

I have experience providing counseling services in a variety of settings: for elementary and middle school students in a school-based setting, for teens and families in a community counseling center and for women, men, children and families in a domestic violence prevention agency/shelter.  I have also worked as a case manager for children and adults  with developmental disabilities.
