I am Ron Jones and provide affordable piano tuning and repair as well as affordable piano and guitar instruction at your location. I use the aural method of piano tuning.  Whereas some piano tuners use electronic tuning devices to assist in their work, aural piano tuners rely totally on their sense of hearing, the use of a tuning fork to provide a standard reference pitch, their knowledge of the properties of musical sound, and their skill in piano adjustment.  Aural tuning is the historic and traditional method used by piano tuners.  I also play the piano and this additional skill helps to ensure the fine-tuning phase of my work to be very precise in all ranges of the piano keyboard- bass, mid-range, and treble.
