Running R from SPSS

At the SPSS Directions 2008 meeting, Bob Muenchen presented a talk, "R You Taking Advatage of R?" It covered the minimum R commands an SPSS user needs to know, showed how to call an R program from within SPSS and also showed how to add R programs to the SPSS menus. The slides for the talk are in RyouTakingAdvantageOfR.zip below.

The example program for the talk is one that calculates a correlation matrix and then corrects the p-values for the effects of multiple testing. The program and its SPSS menus & dialog box are in rcorr.p.adjust.zip below.
