In the Name of Allâh, the Most
Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

 

1. 大地が激しく揺れ，

 

 When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake.

2. 大地がその重荷を投げ出し，

 

  And when the earth throws out its burdens,

3. 「かれ（大地）に何事が起ったのか。」と人が言う時。

 

 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?"

4. その日（大地は）凡ての消息を語ろう，

 

 That Day it will declare its information (about all what happened over it of good or evil).

 

5. あなたの主が啓示されたことを。

 

 Because your Lord has inspired it.

 

6. その日，人びとは分別された集団となって（地中から）進み出て，かれらの行ったことが示されるであろう。

 

 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds.[]

 

7. 一微塵の重さでも，善を行った者はそれを見る。

 

 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it.

 

8. 一微塵の重さでも，悪を行った者はそれを見る。

 

And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it.
