Our country’s future depends on a diverse, educated workforce equipped with the skills and knowledge to compete in a global economy. Savanna Troupe created Quest4Success to join educators, policymakers, and other leaders across the US working to bridge the gap between high school and postsecondary education. Her goal is to improve the lives of a generation by ensuring that every individual with the desire to attain a postsecondary education has the opportunity as well as the personal, financial, and academic support they need to succeed. Something to talk about As a 23 year-old recent ASU graduate in elementary education, Savanna is uniquely poised to connect with and capture the attention of middle and high school students. In her years as a one-on-one mentor with the AVID and Arizona quest for kids programs, Savanna saw that many students want to go to college but haven’t been empowered to truly believe they can achieve their goals. Using her personal story of overcoming her family's financial hardship and achieving the dream of a college education, Savanna inspires students across Arizona on their Quest4Success. Partnerships in Success Outreach programs are some of the best defenses against leaving a child out of the educational opportunity pipeline. Savanna has partnered with several of Arizona's key programs in promoting higher education in Arizona. The goals and work of these programs are part of the Quest4Success presentations, and Savanna speaks and volunteers on their behalf across Arizona.
