Quest4Sucess is a statewide program designed to profoundly change the direction of students’ lives and have a lasting impact.

Savanna Troupe, the founder and speaker, has focused her volunteer work, studies, and career choice on that single mission. Savanna uses her personal story of overcoming her family's financial hardship and achieving her dream of a college education to inspire ALL students to believe that college is possible. Savanna also leverages her years of volunteer work as a one-on-one mentor and with outreach organizations to connect with students who might otherwise not have the encouragement, means or know-how to attend college.

1) Encouragement- inspiring all students to believe that college is possible
2) Preparation- academic dedication through middle and high school to be academically prepared for college
3) Resources- helping students navigate the application process to find the right fit and find a way to pay for education
