![]() | Deaquelynn Williams is a humanitarian, lifeclass facilitator, author, Bible teacher, inspirational speaker and a social entrepreneur. In addition to founding Quelynn, Inc. she is also founder and executive director of A Light in the Dark Outreach, an organization that provides resources and programs for the homeless and youth. After completing three years of intensive training through the Leadership Development Institute in Birmingham, Alabama, Deaquelynn resigned from her secular job to accomplish full time ministry in 2007. She then received the plans she long awaited for regarding Quelynn, Inc. – a vision and life coaching firm for women which sole purpose is to catapult women to their wealthly place by causing them to realize, develop and execute their God-given vision. |
While searching for answers to resolve some intense situations she was facing, she was given seven life-changing keys for success that she later penned in the booklet, The Meeting of Success. The Meeting of Success teaches seven keys of success which leads the reader on a weekly journey with thought provoking questions and principles that guarantees achievement and victory in every area of their lives – spirit, soul, body, social, financial and professional.
Besides being a vision and life coach, Deaquelynn also loves teaching teen girls through her program mPOWERd 4 LIFE Girls Network where she facilitates free monthly intensives for girls of all ages teaching social manners, etiquette, and abstinence with a focus on esteem-building workshops and performing arts.
In addition to serving her community through her organizations, Deaquelynn has served as focus group facilitator for the Sickle Cell Clinic Transition Group at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. She is the co-founder of Talitha Cumi Mentoring Program for girls; and currently she facilitates empowerment sessions at Pathway Shelter for Women in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama Community.

Beyond Quelynn Inc. and The Quelynn Institute of Development
, Deaquelynn also provides empowerment programs for teen girls and local women's shelters in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama community. In her current project, she is working on "My Quest to S.E.L.F." program adapted for teens and college students at Miles College, an HBCU in Fairfield, AL.
