Québec 2011 payment schedule

  • March 15—$200 deposit per traveler
  • Sept. 15, 2010—$500 per traveler
  • Nov. 15, 2010—$500 per traveler
  • Feb. 1, 2011—$500 per traveler
  • April 1, 2011—remainder due
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made according to the tour company's refund policy:

a) Once $50.00 per person is sent to the applicable airline, for air seat deposit and guarantee of rate, it will be non-refundable.

b) The $35 mandatory trip insurance is included in the trip cost so travelers will receive a full refund, less applicable air penalties, taxes and $35 trip insurance fee (CWF), in case of illness, accident or death in the immediate family (brother/sister/mother/father/step parents) before the trip.

c) For NON-MEDICAL CANCELLATIONS the following CANCELLATION PENALTIES will be in effect:
  • 60 days or more pre-departure date                $275.00 + $35 CWF = $310.00
  • 30-59 days or more pre-departure date            $525.00 + $35 CWF = $560.00
  • 29 days or less pre-departure date                   100% Penalty
