What is Quarterlife?
Quarterlife is the twenties ministry at Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church in Ballwin, MO. Consider for a moment your third decade of life:
You will probably graduate from school, begin working in a real job, maybe get married or buy your first home or car, and even have children! These are huge decisions that influence who you will become the rest of your life.
Why Quarterlife?
Quartelife exists within Twin Oaks church to be a smaller community where young adults can gather, grow, and go out into the larger church and the world as disciples of Jesus Christ.
You need a community like Quarterlife, a safe place for you to share life and know God. Thus, we hope that you will not only find a rich environment in which to grow in Christ, but a place to invest in others as you discover more of who you are. Derek Zoolander was on to something when he asked "who am I?"
One of the most common questions asked during your twenties is the question of identity. That's one reason we constantly study the bible both from a topical angle as well as book by book. We have studied 1 Corinthians, Philippians, Philemon, and now Romans. We have also hosted teaching series on what it means to be a man or a woman, identity, environmental stewardship, and hot ethical topics.
Growing into mature Christian disciples also includes serving within and outside of your gifts. Consider serving Quarterlife or Twin Oaks Church.
