Mixed Doubles
Friday, Saturday & Sunday June 26, 27 and 28
Tournament Format:
· Mixed Doubles (members only)
· Match format is 2 out of 3 sets with a third set tiebreak.
Third set tiebreak will be decided by first team to 10 points, must win by 2.
· Two (2) match minimum for all teams.
· Tournament Director reserves the right to move teams to different levels.
Cost:
· Adults $15per player
· Make checks payable to “QHSC”

Entry Forms and entry fees due NO LATER THAN 5 PM, Monday, June 22
Matches begin Friday evening and continue all weekend
Please keep time requests to a minimum. List any constraints on your form.
Please turn in your forms to the mail slot in the office at the club.
Draws will be posted on Tennis Wall Wed. June 24
No late entries.
