WEEKLY SCHEDULE for May 26 - 29 - We will briefly review how to do the comparative and the superlative in Spanish. We will do a writing over the subjunctive mood and finish U4E3. We will review the future and conditional tenses and introduce the imperfect subjunctive and the present perfect. We will spend a little time on "por" and "para".
MAKE-UP WORK Tuesday, May 19 - Seniors - We finished and turned in the drawings over the 4-3 vocabulary. We did workbook page 107, both activities, over clothing items. Sra. Q. went over the "En Contexto" dialogues for U4E3 and we started the comprehension questions.
Wednesday, May 20 - - Jami D., Rebecca F., Chelsea H., Jon K. - We finished the comprehension questions for U4E3. We did a vocabulary activity over clothing in the workbook, page 108. We did a practice writing with a lot of the clothing and shopping vocabulary. We will have the vocabulary quiz Friday.
Friday, May 22 - Rob L., Nick J.- We took the vocabulary quiz over U4E3. We discussed an acronym to help remember when to use the subjunctive mood in Spanish. The acronym is "UWEIRDO" and the poster is in the room for you to see what each letter stands for. We discussed subjunctive and everyone turned in their subjunctive sentences from Thursday.
Tuesday, May 26 - Jami D. - We reviewed how to do the comparative and the superlative in Spanish. Read page 296 in the text and then do workbook page 109 Actividad 8. We handed out the final study sheet. We watched the DVD for U4E3, both "En Contexto" and "En Vivo."
Friday, May 29 - Jon Krafft - We finished the writing and gave out some study aids for the final. |
