The Cosmos Rocks is an album from Queen + Paul Rodgers set to be released on 15 September 2008 in the EU and 28 October 2008 in North America. It will contain 13 new tracks written by Brian May, Roger Taylor and Paul Rodgers. This is the first album of new material from Queen since 1995's Made in Heaven, and is the first studio album with Paul Rodgers as the main singer.

The band are estimated to have been working on it since 2006, with all members writing their own songs, as well as each of them taking turns playing bass, after the retirement of bassist John Deacon. All three members will be singing as opposed to just Rodgers on lead vocals for the whole duration of the album.
