Slight change this season regarding posting the score sheets. Please leave all score sheets in the box, do not remove any of these as they will be collected at a later date. When filling in the score sheets please make sure all the information is on there ( team names, venue, date etc )

 

 We are introducing what the EVA does after a match, texting the scores to me,

Only the captain of the winning team needs to send me the scores, please make sure the winning team is put FIRST in the text and the scores are the right way round, if this does not happen this will lead to the scores being wrong and the incorrect team winning.

 

The format will be LEAGUE, TEAM V TEAM, SCORE, and your name

 

example =   mens,         stray cats v eagles         25-15, 25-20 from Jason

                 womans       ports v south hants        25-20, 15-25, 05-03, from Tracy

 

If teams only get to play 2 sets and both teams won one each please can the team who WON the 1st set text me the score as then we wont get any disagreements on " i thought they were going to do it "

 

example = mens            stray cats V eagles        25-15, 10-25. from Jason

 

 The stray cats text me the score as they won the 1st set.

 

For the mixed please can South Hants make sure they put 1 or 2 after the team name...

 

I would like the text the same night you played preferably straight after the game if not first thing the following morning. Please do not text anything else I do not want essays on the game and who did what etc. If any comments are to be made please write them down on the score sheets and we will pick them up from there.
