Traveling around the world for almost all my life, and meeting amazing human beings, prompt me to create HUMAN SYNERGY - AROUND THE WORLD Project. Human Synergy Project web portal is first step to connect 'all of you with all of you'. Through common interests and 'meaning of life' but different professions, cultures, countries and way of living, I believe (1000%) that we can all benefit from each others and use that to contribute to everyone else who just can't find place to share his/her ideas and problems and finally be able to reach that 'apple'. Human synergy [definition] relates to interacting humans. Synergy usually arises when two persons with different complementary skills cooperate. For example, say person A alone is too short to reach an apple on a tree and person B is too short as well. Once person B sits on the shoulders of person A, they are more than tall enough to reach the apple.  The fundamental example is cooperation of men and women in a couple. In business, cooperation of people with organizational and technical skills happens very often. In general, the most common reason why people cooperate is that it brings a synergy. On the other hand, people tend to specialize just to be able to form groups with high synergy

Simply stated TONY ALVA was arguably the most important skateboarder in the world when skateboarding was still a subculture to the days when it first became an international phenomenon. He was the main personality who brought it there. His influence and contributions to the sport/art over the last 30 years or so are undeniable.

Alva and the other Z-Boys were among the first to bring skating empty pools into the mainstream. In these early days, it was noted that Alva was hitting the lip so hard that he was actually taking off, hence Alva is often credited for the first

recorded aerials, a frontside air,
although Alva himself claimed that

George Orton was the first to perform aerials

(Skateboarder magazine, July, 1978).
