Supplies
* Scrapkit lips like sugar, it's a payed kit by Missy from SWA and you can get it at aussie scraps
* Tube of your choice, I used a tube from PinUpToons. You can buy these tubes at CILM. Don't use them without a license!
* Melyscuties mask 15. You can find them here. Put the mask in your mask folder in your psp files.
* Font of choice
* Filter/ Eyecandy 4000/Gradient Glow (optional)
* Template sweet summer4 by sixxbug, created for creative misfits blog

Remember to save often :-)
Have fun!!

1 Open your template in psp.
2 Window/Duplicate or press shift D to copy, close the original.
3 Remove the top layer with the credits.
4 Image/Canvas size to 800 x 800, placement middle arrow.
5 Make sure you are on the bottomlayer.
6 Layers/New raster layer.
7 Layers/Arrange/Move to bottom
8 Floodfill this layer with white or a color to your liking of course.
9 Open one of the papers from your kit in psp, I used paper 14.
10 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
11 If you didn't move you have this layer on top of the white backgroundlayer, if not, move it there.
12 Layers/Load/Save mask/Load mask from disk and find your melyscuties mask 15 with these settings:



Source luminance checked
Fit to canvas checked
Invert transparency UNchecked
Hide all mask checked

13 Layers/Merge/Merge Group.
14 Image/Resize with 90%, all layers UNchecked.
15 Make sure you are on the "bars" layer.
16 Click on the 5 bars with your magic wand with these settings:



Mode, add(shift), match mode RGB Value, Tolerance 0, Contiguous checked, Feather 0, Antialias checked, outside checked.

17 Open one of the papers from your kit, I used paper 17.
18 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
19 Selections/Invert and hit delete once on your keyboard.
20 Selections/Select none.
21 Open three other papers from the kit, I used paper 12, 9, 20.
22 Make sure you are on the "circle1" layer.
23 Selections/Select all.
24 Selections/Float.
25 Selections/Defloat.
26 Edit/Copy one of the papers, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
27 Selections/Invert
28 Selections/Select none.
29 Repeat steps 22 till 28 with the other cirle layers and the other papers.
30 Open the flowers from your kit and resize them to your liking, I used 15 % but also smaller.
31 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
32 Do this with all flowers, I did go to Layers/Duplicate and made a few more.
33 I placed them on the places of the flower layer, and added some more. Make sure you add them on top of the flowerlayers.
34 When you're done, you can delete the large and small flowerlayers in your template.
35 Open your tube of choice and place to the left side of your tag.
36 Give everything (except the masklayer) a dropshadow of choice or use mine:



horizontal 2
vertical 2
opacity 55
blur 5
color: black
shadow on new layer UNchecked.

37Open one of the bows with eyelets in psp.
38 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
39 Layers/Arrange/Move to top.
40 Image/Resize with 12%, all layers UNchecked.
41 Image/Flip
42 Move this to attach the two cirles with eachother.
43 Layers/Duplicate.
44 Image/Flip
45 Move this to connect the other two circles
46 Give dropshadow.
47 Open one of the wordarts in psp, I used the "my lips are sugar" one.
48 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
49 Layers/Arrange/Move to top
50 Image/Resize with 40%, all layers UNchecked.
51 Use your croptool to remove the exces parts of the tag.
52 Image/Resize with 80%, all layers CHECKED. or to your liking.
53 Take your texttool and a nice curly font and write your name.
54 Layers/Convert to a raster layer
55 Give it a dropshadow or go to Plugins/Eyecandy4000/Gradient Glow, with the color set to pink and the glow width set to 5.
56 I gave a gradient glow to the words sweet summer too and a dropshadow and moved the word sweet inside the lower circle, see my tag for reference.
57 Add your watermark and proper credits if needed.
58 File/Export as a jpeg :-)
