Supplies

* Scrapkit spring garden from Gemini Creationz. It's a payed kit and you can buy it at Vicki's site
* Tube and Graphic of your choice, I used one from Caron Vinson . You can buy them at CILM Don't use these without a license!
* Tag template 19 from Rose here
* Font of choice.
* Mura Meister/Copies here
* Eye candy 5/Impact/Gradient Glow
* My supplies here

Remember to save often :-)
Have fun!!

1 Open the template in psp.
2 Delete the copyright layer (raster 10)
3 Image/Canvas size with these settings:



Width 750
Height 750
lock aspect ratio UNchecked
placement middle arrow

4 Make sure you are one the white background layer and fill it up with white
5 Open the flowerstem from the kit in psp.
6 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
7 Layers/Arrange/Bring to top (it's easier this way, we can put it on the right spot after we did the filter)
8 Image/Resize with 80%, all layers UNchecked.
9 Effects/Plugins/Mura meister/Copies with these settings



Put the mode to Encircle, the other one to circle and set the mumber to 10, leave the rest as it is (see the little arrows on my printscreen)

10 Image/Resize with 90%, all layers UNchecked.
11 Move this layer on top of the group raster 1 layer in your layers palette.
12 Put a color of your scrapkit or your tube in the foreground of your materialspalette, I used #281826 (a dark color)
13 Make your raster 3 layer active
14 Selections/Select all, Selections/Float. Selections/Defloat
15 Layers/New raster layer.
16 Floodfill with your color.
17 Selections/Select none
18 Delete the black raster 3 layer.
19 Effects/Plugins/Alien skin/Eyecandy5/Gradient glow with these settings:



outside glow checked
mask selection checked
the rest at default

20 Make raster 2 active.
21 Selections/Select all, Selections/Float, Selections/Defloat.
22 Open one of the papers from your kit in psp, I used paper 9
23 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
24 Selections/Invert
25 Hit delete once on your keyboard.
26 Selections/Select none.
27 Now you can delete raster 2
28 Make raster 4 layer active
29 Selections/Select all, Selections/Float, Selections/Defloat.
30 Open one of the papers from your kit in psp, I used paper 2
31 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
32 Selections/Invert
33 Hit delete once on your keyboard.
34 Selections/Select none.
35 Now you can delete raster 4
36 You can keep the sexy babe layer (raster 5) if you have a tube that fits that saying, I made a girly text layer for mine and it is in the supplies. If you want to use that one delete the sexy babe layer and copy and paste the girly image from me on that place. It fits the tag if you used my size.
37 Make raster 1 active.
38 Selections/Select all, Selections/Float, Selections/Defloat.
39 Selections/Modify/Expand with 1 pixel
40 Floodfill with your foreground color.
41 Selections/Select none
42 Repeat step 37 to 41 with copy of raster 1
43 Make the copy of raster 8 layer active.
44 Selections/Select all, Selections/Float, Selections/Defloat.
45 Selections/Modify/Expand with 2 pixels
46 Open your graphic of choice
47 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
48 Selections/Invert
49 Hit delete once on your keyboard.
50 Selections/Select none.
51 Now you can delete copy of raster 8 layer
52 Repeat steps 43 to 51 with raster 8 layer.
53 Make raster 7 layer active
54 Selections/Select all, Selections/Float, Selections/Defloat.
55 Selections/Modify/Expand with 1 pixel
56 Floodfill with your foreground color.
57 Selections/Select none.
58 Effects/Plugins/Alien skin/Eyecandy5/Gradient glow with the same settings as before.
59 Repeat steps 53 to 58 with raster 7 layer.
60 Give everything you want to stand out a dropshadow of choice or use mine:



horizontal 2
vertical 2
opacity 55
blur 5
color black
shadow on new layer UNchecked.

61 Make sure you are on the toplayer and open your tube in psp.
62 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
63 Move to the middle/bottom of the tag, see mine for reference.
64 I used some flowers and dragonflies too, they came with my tube.
65 Give dropshadow of choice.
66 Open the bird from the kit in psp
67 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
68 Image/Resize with 50% all layers UNchecked.
69 Move on top of the tag, see mine for reference.
70 Layers/Duplicate.
71 Image/Mirror
72 Image/Resize with 80% all layers UNchecked and move to the bottom right side, see mine for reference.
73 Give dropshadow of choice.
74 Open one of the bows from the kit in psp or use more colors if you like.
75 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
76 Image/Resize with 15% all layers UNchecked.
77 Move to the left side of the left frame, see my tag for reference.
78 Give it an angle with the picktool so it fits the frame.
79 Give dropshadow of choice.
80 Layers/Duplicate a few times and put them on the frames to your liking.
81 Open the rabbit form the kit in psp.
82 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
83 Image/Resize with 25% all layers UNchecked.
84 Move to the bottom of the tag.
85 Give dropshadow of choice.
86 Layers/Duplicate a few times to your liking, I mirrored/resized some of them
87 Image/Resize with 80%, all layers CHECKED.
88 Take your texttool and a nice curly font ( I used inspiration) and write your name.
89 Layers/Convert to a raster layer.
90 Repeat the eyecandy on the name.
91 I moved the bunnies a bit around the name
92 Add your watermark and credits if necessary.
93 File save as a jpeg :-)
