Supplies
* Scrapkit Eloneida, it's a free kit by Bel Vidotti and you can find it at her site here
I used the taggerskit!
* Graphic of your choice, I used a tube from Nadia Tate.You can buy these tubes at CILM. Please don't use without a license!
* Font of choice.
* Eyecandy4000/Gradient glow (optional)

Remember to save often :-)
Have fun!!

1 Open a new transparent image 1000 by 800, I always use a large workspace, you can always crop or resize later, floodfill with white.
2 Open frame 4 in psp.
3 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
4 Image/Resize with 80%, all layers UNchecked.
5 Move to the top of the tag.
8 Click inside the frame with your magic wand with these settings:



mode, add shift, matchmode RGB value, tolerance 0, contiguous checked, feather 0, anti alias checked and outside.

9 Selections/Modify/Expand with 2 pixels>
10 Open your graphic in psp.
11 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
12 Move inside of the frame, resize if needed and when you're satisfied with the result in the selection go to Selections/Invert and hit delete once on your keyboard.
13 Move this layer under the frame layer.
14 Selections/Select none.
15 Give the framelayer a dropshadow of choice, I used:



horizontal 2
vertical 2
opacity 55
blur 5
color black
shadow on new layer UNchecked.

16 Layers/Merge/Merge down.
17 Layers/Duplicate
18 Image/Resize with 80%, all layers UNchecked.
19 Move down to the bottom of the first framelayer, see mine for reference.
20 Layers/Duplicate
21 Image/Resize with 80%, all layers UNchecked.
22 Move down to the bottom of the first framelayer, see mine for reference.
23 Open one of the doodles in psp, I used doodle 2
24 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
25 Move this to the top/left side of the frame and move the layer on top of the white backgroundlayer. (see my tag for reference)
26 Layers/Duplicate.
27 Image/Mirror
28 Open one of the bows in psp, I used bow 5
29 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
30 Image/Resize with 50%, all layers UNchecked.
31 Move the bow to the left side of the tag on top of the doodle, see mine for reference.
32 Layers/Duplicate
33 Image/Mirror
34 Open one of the pompoms in psp
35 Edit/Copy, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
36 Image/Resize with 50%, all layers UNchecked.
37 Put this on top of the frames, see mine for reference.
38 Layers/Duplicate
39 Move to the other side of the lower frame, see my tag for reference.
40 Take your texttool and a fancy font and write your name. I used a dark color for my name.
41 Move to the bottom of the tag
42 Layers/Convert to a raster layer.
43 Give it a dropshadow or go to Effects/ Plugins/Eyecandy 4000/Gradient glow, with the glow widht to 5 and the color set to a middle color of the tag.
44 Image/Resize with 75%, all layers CHECKED or to your liking.
45 Add your watermark and proper credits if necessary.
46 File/Export as a jpeg :-)
