| The minimum qualifications you must meet are: |
- You must be at least 17 and no older than 24
- You must be a High School Graduate by July 30th of the year you compete
- You must win a local preliminary competition to qualify to compete in the Miss Missouri Pageant
- You must be a resident of Missouri for six-months prior to pageant date -OR- a registered full time student in a Missouri College or University and have completed a full semester

Please mail your complete application (including a $50 check for Children's Miracle Network) to the appropriate pageant director.
Each applicant will receive a $50 CMN refund upon completion of participation in fundraising activities.

| The minimum qualifications you must meet are: |
- You must be at least 13 by the first day of the state pageant, June 10, 2009 and be no older than 17 years of age as of August 31, 2010
- You must be no more than a rising High School Senior by the national competition
- You must win a local preliminary competition to qualify to compete in the Miss Missouri Outstanding Teen Pageant
- You must be a resident of Missouri for six-months prior to pageant
