Scholarships
As part of the Miss America Organization we are committed to raising and providing scholarships to women 17-24 years of age. Because education is so important, the scholarship money we award to contestants is the primary focus of our program. Our scholarships contribute to the more than $31 million dollars made available to participants each year through Miss America, the largest provider of scholarships to women in the world. We raise scholarship money through donations, fundraisers, in-kind gifts and contributions from the public and private sector.
Miss Pulaski County, Miss Southern Central, Miss Tri-Counties and Miss Mid-Missouri are available to appear and speak at civic, educational, artistic or professional events in and around Pulaski, Phelps and Laclede counties. She is a spokesperson for her elected platform, an issue of importance to herself and society.
