The two S&T subgroups will help coordinate early ramp-up activities and continued implementation of the status and trends monitoring components of the regional stormwater monitoring program. Work in progress: Scott Collyard, Maggie Dutch, Jim West, and others have been working toward QAPPs, site selection, and teeing up decisions that need to be made in order to (1) leverage the SWG recommendations with existing efforts and (2) move forward to successful implementation of the regional status and trends monitoring in both small streams and the marine nearshore. Chris Konrad at USGS is tasked with conducting the stream gauging network analysis we recommended be done to inform future streamflow monitoring. Scopes of work for various "ramp-up activities" (including 3 related to S&T) are available here.
