UPDATE: the effectiveness study literature review posted at http://www.ecy.wa.gov/programs/wq/psmonitoring/references.html is available for public use.
On September 21, 2011 the SWG approved a list of prioritized effectiveness study topics and questions to submit to Ecology. The recommended list is posted here, along with the ranking spreadsheet the subgroup used to evaluate and compile more than 170 ideas from permittees and others.
The process to draft RFPs and develop study designs will begin next spring after the public comment period on Ecology's formal draft permits.
