Millwood Homes (Devon) Limited has secured an interest in the above site, which we intend to bring forward for development. A location plan can be viewed at the bottom of this page.
The site is allocated as part of Proposal T6 within the South Hams District Council Totnes Site Allocations Development Plan Document and requires a masterplan to be approved by the Council before the site is developed.
