Sideswipe

Almost reading all reviews about him, he is good and highly recommended. But I still hesitate about getting him. One of the
major reason is because of his alternator style legs which is the least style I like and try to avoid. When I finally made my mind
of getting him, he is already off the shelf and then there it goes again, the painful internet searching and shopping for good
price. Sigh..............

Sideswipe's alternate mode is the Lamborghini style sports car. I always like the sports car mode. This one, it rolls very well
on the ground and very sturdy. The gun acting like smoke pipe is attached at the bottom and it attaches very well and tight,
unlike Prowl's which drops all the time but has to store it separately. Overall, the sports car is just like a sports car, good. The
only thing is it would be better if the windows can be a little bit transparent like Hot Rod does.

Transformation is the beauty of this figure. The entire transformation scheme is similar to Hot Rod but way much better and
well thought. Legs and arms rotation are smooth and good. Chest's pulling up and folding is perfect. The best of the best part
is the wind shield rotation to reveal the head. This is totally fantastic. Many pictures on the internet didn't do the chest/arm
transformation right which makes him looks so strange. But if you do it right, the broad chest will make him looks strong and
tough. The legs do suffer a little bit but I think they are okay. Like some other classics/universe lines, his gun is pathetic.
Nothing wrong but just small. The turbo booster can attach to the gun to beef it up but doesn't make too much difference.
Good thing the gun can attach to either shoulder so that the hands are free to................... do something else. He is highly
poseable and balanced well. His head can move up and down which surpasses many other figures.

Transformation: 10 - Very good for a deluxe class. Oh, I love the head lifting up.
Fun: 9 - Transformation is a lot of fun but the weapon is way too small.
Display: 9 - Any objections about Lambo? I don't think so. Give him a bigger gun, I will ignore the feet.
Value: 7 - $15 plus $5 shipping on eBay. Glad the previous owner keeps him in a very good condition.
Overall: 9 - How come Hasbro can do everything so right in some figures but not in some others?
