Omicron Beta from Mesa CC and Alpha Omicron Chi from Paradise Valley CC have been hard at work developing the program for the Arizona Regional Convention to be held at Mesa CC on March 2-3, 2012.
A few notes: - There are different registration rates for Maricopa colleges and the northern and southern districts to provide a little bit of assistance with hotel costs.
- Days (Inn) Hotel provides a hot buffet breakfast. Please take advantage of that if you are staying at the hotel. In previous years, participants ate at hotels and we had a lot of wasted breakfast food. There will be a continental breakfast for Maricopa county commuters.
- Don’t forget your chapter flag for the Parade of Flags!
- If you are considering running for regional office, please read the information in the packet carefully. Once you FAX your application, please follow up with an e-mail to helen.smith@smcmail.maricopa.edu My office is now in a very large building so I have chosen a fax in a more secure area – an alert to a FAX will be beneficial.
- The Region does not accept credit or debit cards – just cash or checks.
