RenewCrew Honduras is a student service project run through the National Electrical Contractor's Association (NECA) Student chapter at Penn State. RenewCrew Honduras 2009 was the first iteration of a national NECA Student Chapters service projects coalition. Named 'Renewable Energy Central America' (RECA), this collaborative project aims at supporting and encouraging the NECA Student Chapters from all universities to organize and implement Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency service projects in Central America. RECA was created thanks to the supports and efforts of Electri International, NECA and the Penn State NECA Student's Chapter.
In addition to RenewCrew Honduras 2009, the Penn State NECA Student Chapter coordinates and organizes numerous projects and events. Do not hesitate to visit the Penn State NECA Student Chapter website for more information! |
