Welcome!

I am an ecologist interested in community ecology and biodiversity assessment. I have worked with land snails so far, from micro-habitats to continental scales. I am now developing biodiversity indices in a team based at the Alberta Biodiversity Monitoring Institute (ABMI) at the University of Alberta. I am also the author of the mefa and dclone packages, and developer of the vegan package for the R statistical software.
