September 25, 2010 Memo To All Leagues / Clubs From Soccer Northwest Discipline Committee Re Fines to be paid As according to the by-laws, fines owing for suspensions must be paid 15 days following the end of the outdoor season. Please review the "Forms" tab (on the left hand side of this page) and download the latest "Caution list" and "Suspension List" to ensure you do not have a player with an outstanding fine. The Discipline Committee will meet again to review the lists of s suspended players. Outstanding fines will have an additional $50.00 penalty added, and the player will be suspended from all soccer until all fines are paid in full.
