Pry House Farm is a detached farmhouse over two floors built of stone under a stone flagged roof. It is used for bed and breakfast accommodation and is the family home of Chris and Glenda Calvert.
The house consists of two downstairs reception rooms; sitting room and dining kitchen. Entrance hall, kitchen and stone dairy. On the first floor are four bedrooms, one ensuite shower room and two further bathrooms all accessed via two staircases. The house has two exit doors.

Pry House is strictly no smoking.
Fire extinguisher and fire blanket in prep kitchen.
House re-wired in 2005 including mains wired smoke alarms with battery back-up.
Smoke alarms are situated in both kitchens and on both landings and are checked regularly.
Fire guard is always in place around open fire. Coal bucket positioned off the hearth. Visitors are not permitted to fuel fire.
Log basket and smokeless fuel bucket are situated away from log burning stove. Log burner door is fitted with fire safety glass. Log burner is designed to be used with the door closed.
Electrical appliances belonging to the house are all modern. No trailing sockets or adapters are used.
Guests and visitors are requested to unplug all electrical equipment at night.
Cleaning equipment is normal household size and stored under the sink. Flammables are kept to a minimum.
The proprietors or a responsible person are on the premises at all times when guests are occupying the building.
Fire Safety Procedures
Emergency exit procedures are outlined in each bedroom and brought to guests attention when checking-in.
An emergency torch is provided in each letting bedroom, in the top draw of the bedside cabinet.
