Prairieville Women's Club
Who we are: Prairieville Women's Club is a social organization that, although founded in Prairieville, is also open to women in the surrounding areas of Gonzales, Geismar, St. Amant etc. PWC is the umbrella organization under which there are groups devoted to women who share a particular interest. Savvy Scrapbookers: We are a group of women who enjoy creating lasting memory books while spending time together. The current group meets on select weekday mornings at 10:30 am to take advantage of the free scrapbooking time at Memory Mania in Prairieville. Please note that we are hoping to establish a second group meeting on weekends for working women or those with little ones at home during the weekday. Moms & Tots Playgroup: We are a group of moms with children from infants t pre-school who get together to visit with each other while we all watch our children make new friends and explore the world through play. We meet on Wednesday mornings from 9:00 - 11:00 at a local church which has generously volunteered the use of its facilities. (Thank you Christ Episcopal!)
Home & Garden Club: This group will meet once monthly in members homes. Each month a guest speaker will address the group on a different home or garden topic.
Book Club: The book club will choose books as a group that they are interested in reading. The group will then meet once a month to socialize and discuss the book of the month. Book club will meet in the fellowship hall of Christ Episcopal. * This group will be co-ed so if any of you have a male friend/husband that would like to come, they are also invite
