From 2000 to 2004 we were never out of the winning spot especially in the National Organic Food Awards. Our delicious organic meat; pork, duck and chicken and beef won again and again. several times we were Highly Recommended as Producer of the Year too.

It was these winnings that brought us into close contact with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and the River Cottage Team, where Pammy is 'The Chicken Whisperer' and runs the 'Chicken in a Day' courses.
