Buy a bird from Providence Farm on the day, cost £12.
For a Saturday start, kill and pluck your own bird, (not waterfowl). Birds are available at an additional cost or bring your own. Hang overnight and eviscerate on Sunday. We will discuss the legalities of killing for own use and for sale to a third party during the course. We now have a 'reminder video' of the evisceration process. Local B&B's available.............just ask.
