On behalf of the Chemistry Department and the
Associated Laboratory REQUIMTE, we would like to welcome you to our Campus at Caparica. We hope that you will appreciate the research facilities and profit from our expertise in biochemical and structural characterization of proteins that is a tradition of
excellence of this Associated Laboratory.
The
overall aim of the course is to provide each participant with the
fundamental knowledge and hands-on experience necessary to be able to
perform and analyze protein experiments, from protein purification and
identification to structural characterization. We
hope that our knowledge will help you to implement these techniques in your
own
research fields. We are sure you will find a
friendly
environment during the course and that you will also enjoy our beautiful surroundings near the sea.
The fifth edition of the Summer Course "Hands-on Course From Proteomics to Proteins" will be held in July, 1-14, 2012, in the FCT Campus in Caparica, Portugal.
