Q. Where do I meet for my previously scheduled tour? A. Unless otherwise instructed, please meet your tour guides at the top of the oval (the end of Palm Drive). Q. How do I schedule a tour? A. Please fill out and submit the "register for a visit" page and a ProMo core member will reply to your request. Q. Where can I park my car? A. There is a pay parking lot near tressider union and parking meters around the oval as well as in the Lagunita court parking lot on Santa Teresa. Q.Where can I park my bus? A. We highly recommend that your students bring lunch. Due to our operating budget we cannot provide food. The food options on campus include Subway, Jamba Juice, The Axe and Palm and other small eateries however they are generally more expensive. Also, dining hall arrangements can be made in advance through dining services. Q. What goes on during a panel? A. The direction of the panel is generally up to the school. It is very informal and students may ask the panelists whatever questions they'd like. If the teachers or chaperones have specific questions or areas they would like addressed, they can note that when making tour arrangements. Q. What is expected of a typical tour? A. Typically, a tour will include the libraries, the main quad, Tressider and a dorm or dining hall. Special requests can be made on the "request a visit" form and during the pre-planning stages of the tour. Q. How many chaperones do we need? A. We recommend having a chaperone for at least every 12 students but it is generally up to the group and can be discussed when arrangements are being made. Q. How old should our students be? A. Generally we recommend students be at least in the 5th grade. If you have a special request, please email us and we can discuss it. Q. How far in advance should we schedule? Q.
