 I have been a fully qualified Kinesiologist since 1995; plus hold certificates in Reflexology, LIFE Bio-Resonance Feedback, Kinetic Energen, Indian Head Massage and am a Reiki Master Teacher (1996). In 2001 I co-founded Progressive Kinesiology with Elizabeth Hughes and now teach the Foundation & Practitioner Progressive Kinesiology Courses and Practice Management Core Subject. I am the Principal of Progressive Kinesiology Academy in the UK.

Andrea Ward – Workshop Leader

 I am fully qualified in VTCT Reflexology, Massage & A & P, Hot Stone Massage and am an ANM and Essex County Council Tutor. I undertook my Progressive Kinesiology training in 2006. I have always been interested in the holistic side of life having come from a spiritual background.
This interest was re-ignited in 2000 after taking Reiki First Degree and then difficulties in conceiving my second child led me to explore therapies like reflexology and healing which were successful. I then trained in kinesiology, massage and reflexology to expand my growing interest and was drawn into teaching when my VTCT tutor asked me if I would teach.
In 2010 I became a Workshop Leader for the Progressive Kinesiology Academy and have several interesting introduction to muscle testing courses and CPD days available.

 I am a intuitive therapist, trained in London in counselling and colour therapy practice since 1991. I created the unique professional Intuitive Colour Counselling and Colour Therapy Course and has been teaching it since 2001, in addition I have been devising and facilitating workshops since 1992.
Workshops and practice have a Soul-centred approach to Inner-development and healing. The workshops on Destiny Learning are based on the insights of Rudolf Steiner and the Further Development by Coenraad van Houten during the last decade. I teach the Interpersonal Skills course for Progressive Kinesiology over five days in total.

Kim Sutton-Grant - Tutor & Assessor/Verifier KFRP, RMANM, Dip. ProgK
Teaches the Nutrition Course & Internal Verifier
 I have been tutoring and assessing for a health & fitness training provider in Essex since 2003. In 2010 I joined the Progressive Kinesiology Academy as a Tutor and Assessor and I am also a member of the Governing Council for the Association of Natural Medicine. I run a successful private clinic offering professional treatments in Kinesiology, Indian Head Massage and Nutrition and Weight Management.
Within the Health & Fitness division, I deliver and assess Gym Instructor, Exercise to Music, Health Related Fitness for Children, Nutrition and Weight Management and Circuit Training. I am also involved in the delivery of Anatomy and Physiology at GCSE level as well as practical application in exercise. I completed my Assessor Units D32 & D33 and the City & Guilds 7281 NVQ Level 3 in Training & Development in 2003 at Thurrock & Basildon College
