- Develop and initiate marketing plans to generate qualified leads for publishing services. Consistently maintained monthly quotas.
- Create reports and monitor marketing results on an on-going basis. Identified under-performing marketing channels and reduced annual costs by over $120,000 while improving net profits.
- Defined segments of an extensive database to improve marketing efforts to existing prospects and customers. Efforts allowed for more consistent and targeted messages to the groups and allowed better measurement of results.

- Manage marketing budget and track spending. Surpassed goals for financial results for the company and sales results for stores while keeping spending within guidelines.
