A landman that has worked all aspects of the landman's job in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia.  Past assignments and tasks have regularly been accomplished ahead of schedule and to the benefit of the client. These efforts have helped companies exceed their goals for leased acreage and research efforts have allowed companies to undergo exploration activities.

Prior to working as a landman, assistance was given in 2 disasters as a FEMA Disaster Housing Inspector. Both assignments were acknowledged with above average ratings for customer service and turn around times for inspections.  Core responsibilities included conducting home inspections of houses damaged by natural disasters to determine FEMA assistance, preparing federal forms and inspection reports, then submitting completed documentation.

My past is an assurance that you are working with a mature, professional and qualified individual who understands the dynamics of conducting business and working with people from all walks of life. Prior to 2004, I gained extensive professional experience in research, information analysis, planning and reporting as well as marketing, management and sales with demanding companies that include Teletron, Simon Property Group and Walt Disney World.
