1. Must attend an internship information meeting to gain application form
2. look through agencies represented on Internship board in Colvard hallway
3. Pick up to 3 agencies you want to work with (Make sure you will fit well within these agencies e.g., background check; drug screen; confidentiality form)
4. Send to Dr. Hartman in a pdf format 2 files:
•(1) completed application form titled "your last name_application"
•(2a) a personal statement back to Dr. Hartman + •(2b) recent resume, + •(2c) an unofficial transcript titled "your last name_internship" |
