Proactricity

Welcome to Proactricity!

Proactricity is a term for being proactive with the way each of us engages with consuming electricity. The term emphasizes a shift in awareness from either inactive engagement (electricity is just there) or reactive engagement ("Gosh, honey, our power bill is too high!") to proactive interaction: there are real steps that each of us can take to make a real difference in managing the cost of consuming electrical energy: costs to us as individuals, and cost to us as a nation.

Join the movement—empower yourself to save money, electricity, and the need for polluting power plants.

See yourself as Goldilocks: choose how proactive you wish to be:

Baby Bear: light bulbs, insulation

Mama Bear: Time of Use (TOU) meter

Papa Bear: Solar PV, Solar Hot Water
