Too much you say?

Ok, I hear you...
If you want to try a cut down - don't tell me why - just tell me what I have to do at a minimum...type of diet, here goes...  But understand, this will only help improve things at a minimum....

Supplements:

Multivitamin - a liquid mulit-vitamin is awesome - I like Peter Gillham's Natural Vitality  or other multivitamin.

Probiotic - Renew Life's probiotics.

Digestive enzymes at every meal - Digest or Digest Gold by Enzymedica are great products depending on your needs but if you have acid reflux, try Acid Soothe

Food:

no table salt at home - use (grey or pink) sea salt

no sugar at home. ok, I know, you're out and about and you want desert - Ok,  just stop the sugar at home! and limit how much when out.

no alcohol at home. ditto, you're out and about and you want your wine - fine, can you do with one glass? (nah, this doesn't make it allright, if you have liver issues at all, this sets you back a few days with each drink..)   ok, so how does one know if one has liver issues?  - well, one telltale sign is a bloated stomach that's like a pregant belly. You know, the belly's not hanging, it's high and protruding. The liver ain't happy.

Cut out as much wheat, sugar and starch as you can. Just replace with vegetables as you see fit. Instead of buying a box of pasta, pick up a head of broccoli (Forget what George, Sr. said - broccoli is good stuff!) and lightly cook w/ some olive oil and garlic.

STOP SODA.!  This may be the single best improvement you can make to your diet. (yup, that means diet soda too - esp. diet soda!)

Drink water! (pst... drink some more)
