Consultation Process

If you're unsure of which package is best for you, or you want to find out more about how we operate, you may want to consider one of our preliminary consultation processes below.
 
We offer two different consultation pathways 1 or 2.

The standard hourly fee for all consultations and paper work is £150.

Pathway 1:

Preliminary consultation
 
The process for pathway 1 is that you apply for a preliminary consultation (below), we will  contact you to arrange an appointment time.  You attend for a preliminary consultation where we may:
  • offer an explanation of consultation approach
  • answer any questions you may have
  • give examples of similar cases we have worked with
  • give a preliminary screening
  • offer basic advice and/or treatment
  • provide further screening options (questionnaires, lab tests, other recommendations).
Total duration: 1 hour

Fee £75 (new clients gifted £75) - apply here

Pathway 1 is for the person who can travel to the consultation , who would like to meet in person before commiting, or who is in acute pain.

Pathway 2:

Preliminary phone consultation
 
The process for pathway 2 is that you apply for our pre-consultation questionnaire screening, complete the questionnaires and return them to us, then we will contact you to arrange a telephone appointment time.  The process for pathway 2 is as follows:
  • we send questionnaires to you via email or postal delivery
  • you return emails to office address
  • we analyse and interpret questionnaire responses (30 minutes)
  • we arrange a phone consult, offering advice on appropriate package/consultation for you (30 minutes)
Total duration: 1 hour.

Pathway 2 is for the person who lives oversseas or would be challenged to travel in to the clinic (in Weybridge, Surrey), who is happy to discuss their case on the phone, or who has longer term health or performance challenges.
