The St. Ferdinand Youth group is alive and well. All Ferdinand
8th graders and High School Teens are welcome to join us each
Wednesday night for some fun, faith and games. The second
Wednesday of every month is gym night. Join us in the gym for
some fun, if the weather is nice, we usually try to do outdoor
things.
Sign up for Stuebenville retreat, an awesome retreat of faith,
music, friends, and some awesome prayer experiences. Your
$30 dollar deposit is due ASAP. Drop it off to at the rectory, and
make check out to "St. Ferdinand." Mark envelope "Stuebenville
retreat. Get your space reserved quickly!!!
The Youth Group will be having a bake sale this Sunday after all
Masses!!!! Email Laura Sovar if you want to help!!!

ACTION group Tour of the Basilica has been cancelled due to the conflict with the St. Pat's day parade and the fact that they dont offer tours on weekends. We are currently coordinating another activity. We will let you know shortly. Thanks!

CONFIRMATION PRACTICE IS Mon. May 17th @ 7pm in Church, parents, sponsors and candidates need to attend. Any exceptions talk to Fr. Joe first.
CONFIRMATION is May 18th at 7pm. Msgr. Gardin will be presiding. Dress appropriately, no low cut dresses, boys dress shirt and tie, sport coat optional.

the fire within!!!
Feb. 26th Ignite nites will officially begin. This is a new opportunity for teens and their families to grow in faith and spirit! We will begin the evening with Adoration Praise and Worship. Each nite will have a theme and a special talk associated with that months theme. WHOLE families are welcome to join the teens for adoration. Afterwards will be fun and games for the teens themselves. This is a wholesome alternative to just walking around malls and spending money the teens dont have. It is also a good way for teens to hang out before they go to a friends house to spend the night. It is also better than sitting at home with nothing to do!!!! Any way that you look at it, it is time well spent with one another and Christ!!! If you are interested in learning more, email me!!! This will be SO MUCH fun!!!
