Space Rental
The studio space is available for rental for events, meetings and classes. Contact Katie Talbott at 425-224-3117 or katie@present-sense.com for more info. Small kitchen (with microwave and refrigerator) and bathroom. (Note: kitchen and bathroom are not wheelchair accessible.) Rates include both rooms--rooms are attached and not available for separate rental.
Nonprofit rates (events and meetings):
$20/hour
$50 up to four hours
$85 up to eight hours
$100 over eight hours
Classes:
Nonprofit rental rate OR 20% of class fees, whichever is greater.
