Praying Throughout the Day
Throughout the history of the church there has been a rhythm of regular times set aside for stopping one's activities and praying.
In Acts we see reference to Peter and John in Acts 3.1 going up to the temple to pray at "the time of prayer" at 3:00 in the afternoon.
